12-month total = promo price x promo months + list price x the remaining months.
A cheaper promo can still cost more over a year if its list price is higher. Example on NBN 50:
| Plan | Promo | List | 12-month total |
|---|---|---|---|
| Superloop Extra Value | $69 x 6 | $89 | $948 |
| TPG NBN50 | $69.99 x 6 | $89.99 | $959.88 |
Both promos last 6 months, so the sum is promo x 6 + list x 6. For a plan with a 12-month promo, the total is just promo x 12. Add any setup fee or modem cost separately. If a plan's list price is not shown, leave it out of the comparison.
