Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026.

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by BillCrew. By using the site you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to subscribe, post or create an account.

Our information

Your account

Content you post

You are responsible for what you post in the forum, including posts and replies. Share your own genuine experience and questions. By posting, you let us display your post on the site, with your nickname, until it is removed.

You must not post:

Posts are plain text and links are not clickable. A new account's first 3 posts are checked by our moderators before they appear to everyone. Members' posts are their own views and experiences, not advice from BillCrew, and we don't check them for accuracy. Posts from our team are labelled "Editor Team".

Reporting content

If you have an account and are logged in, you can report a post or a reply with the Report button under it. Choose a reason: spam, defamation, personal information or other. You can report each post or reply once. A post or reply is hidden automatically as soon as it has two reports, or one report for defamation or personal information, while our moderators review it. Hiding is not a finding that anyone did something wrong: the moderators then either put it back or remove it. The author can still open their own hidden post, which is marked as under review. We never show who made a report, to the author or to anyone else.

For anything else on the site that you think is wrong, unlawful, defamatory or invades someone's privacy, or if you don't have an account, use the contact form, choose "Report content", and include the link and the reason. We review reports, may hide content while we look into it, and may remove it. We keep a record of reports and what we did about them.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop any part of the site and update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
