Put these four lines side by side, your bill and the new offer.

• Daily supply charge. The fixed amount per day, whatever you use. Where: the supply line on your bill, and the same line in the new plan's Basic Plan Information Document.
• Usage rate (c/kWh). What you pay per unit, and whether it changes by time of day. Where: the usage lines on your bill, and the tariff in the plan document.
• Discount conditions. What the discount is taken off, and what you must do to keep it. Where: the discounts and fees section of the plan document, and the terms letter sent after you sign up.
• Everything else. Solar feed-in credits and fees, plus whether prices can change during the plan. Where: the credit and fee lines on your bill, and the price-change answer in the plan document.
