전기 고지서: 'better offer' 안내, 2026년 12월 30일부터 이메일 본문에도

Canstar Blue reports that from 30 December 2026, retailers must put the "better offer" message in bill emails, not only in the attached bill.

• What the message does. It tells you when a cheaper plan is available.
• What changes. Before, the message only had to appear inside the bill. Now it must also appear in the email body.
